 Verified Unforgettable evening tour, first impression of Rome done right We don’t usually go for tours, but this private evening tour with Facile Tours completely changed our minds. First time in Rome, and seeing the city in golden hour light on our very first evening was unforgettable. Our guide was fantastic, fun, funny, informative, and so knowledgeable, he made us (all the way from New Zealand) feel right at home and completely safe. An incredible first impression of Rome.  Verified Honeymoon fun We had the BEST time on our golf cart tour with Ivanna! She was incredibly sweet, funny, and made the entire experience so much fun. She shared great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore, and made us feel like we were seeing Rome with a local friend. She was also so accommodating, letting us stop for gelato and take plenty of photos at all the beautiful spots along the way without ever making us feel rushed. Those little moments made the tour even more special. If you’re visiting Rome, we highly recommend requesting Ivanna. She truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for such an amazing day!  Verified Unprofessional Guide and Terrible Customer Service. Not Family Friendly and Would Not Recommend I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I booked a **3-hour tour**, but we were dropped off **45 minutes early**, meaning we only received about 2 hours and 15 minutes of the service we paid for. The worst part is that we didn't even realize we'd been dropped off so early until after the guide had already rushed off. He left so quickly that there wasn't even an opportunity to question it. Unfortunately, the experience throughout the tour wasn't enjoyable either. The guide spent almost the entire time speaking at an extremely loud volume. We politely asked if he could lower his voice just a little, and instead of responding professionally, he seemed offended. The first time we asked he doubled down and said it was because he was Italian in an even louder voice. The second time he got very defensive and said this has never happened and how he's picked up many celebrities to somehow validate that. From that point on, the atmosphere became noticeably awkward and uncomfortable, making the remainder of the tour unpleasant. This was also far from the friendly, welcoming family experience we were expecting. Instead of feeling relaxed and looked after, we felt uncomfortable for much of the tour. A family-friendly service should make guests of all ages feel at ease, but after simply asking the guide to speak a little more quietly, the atmosphere became tense and uninviting. It was disappointing that such a reasonable request resulted in us feeling like we had done something wrong. Afterward, I contacted the company through their dedicated WhatsApp support to explain what had happened and request a refund for the 45 minutes of service we never received. Rather than taking responsibility, they came up with a series of excuses for why they wouldn't issue any refund. These reasons were never disclosed during the booking process, were not listed anywhere in their terms that I could find, and were never mentioned by the guide on the day. I simply asked very kindly from the start expected at least some type of understanding or compassion through the customers service but go absolutely stoned walled. See screen shots attached. Good customer service is about owning mistakes and making things right. Instead, this company chose to deny responsibility and keep payment for time they simply didn't provide. I would have been more than glad just having a small gesture of a "sorry" back or very small refund for the time un-used. I've included screenshots of the conversation so others can judge the company's response for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not book with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, customer-focused, and genuinely family-friendly service. I have 2 stars instead of one because it is a really cool idea and can be potentially a better experience if the showed little more care towards the paying customer. Also they where kind enough to pick up from hotel at a earlier time to avoid crowds outside of their normal window although it cost a extra $150 euro.

 Verified Best thing we did in Italy was this tour with Ivanna My family and I had a golf cart tour of Rome with Ivanna. We did lots of tours in Rome in Florence but this was the best thing we did our whole trip. Our guide was Ivanna and she was fabulous. On a VERY HOT day in Rome, Ivanna picked us up at our hotel and then drove us all around Rome for three hours. We saw parts of Rome that we would never have seen by ourselves. From scenic overlook to see the entire city to special cathedrals we would never have stopped in normally and all through the main sites of the city. She gave us little nuggets stories about all different neighborhoods and sites to see, including places to eat, places to shop, and insider tips that only are real Rome citizen knows.  Verified Great tour for our family! We had a great tour in a 7 passenger golfcart. The cart was comfortable and felt safe. Our guide was excellent with lots of great stories and facts for both kids and adults (our group was 4 adults and 3 children). The guide was also extremely flexible taking into account what we had already seen and things we would want to see. I highly recommend this group and would take another tour with them.

 Verified Customer service They changed the date on me. This is their response. The date was supposed to be in August. Unreasonable and no consideration to accommodate at all. Now I’m out of over $1000. Also, the wrong telephone number was listed. I was advised to call the tour company on their time, which was around 3am. If you book this DO NOT PAY in ADVANCE. “Thanks for contacting us. Your amendment request has been declined by the local tour operator. According to the operator, the tour was confirmed and scheduled for June 14 at 10:00 AM. The client did not attend the tour and had not informed them in advance about any error in the selected date. All arrangements, including the vehicle and driver, were already in place, and the driver waited at the designated pick-up location. Multiple attempts to contact the client via phone and email were also unsuccessful. As a result, the booking is considered a no-show under their same-day cancellation policy, which is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled”

 Verified Amazing Tour! We had the most amazing and fun time! Ivanna and Sahar were both great! They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were willing to pick us up and drop us off at the location of our preference. They even helped us pick out a lunch spot. They brought lots of positive and fun energy to the ride! They played upbeat fun Italian music that gave it an authentic Rome feel. They also took music requests from my son. The cars were so cool that many pedestrians were taking pictures or videos of the cars as we drove by. Overall, it was the highlight of our 13 day trip from Florida. We loved it! It was certainly well worth the money.
