Come be part of a fun, immersive shared cooking class and learn how to make one of Italy’s most iconic dishes: fresh egg pasta!
Type: Shared/hands-on cooking class
Schedule: Every day at 11:00, 15:00, and 18:30.
Meeting point: The exact meeting point and directions are provided at the time of booking.
Duration: 3 hours
Together with our professional English-speaking local chefs, you’ll prepare a versatile egg pasta dough from scratch and transform it into two traditional pasta shapes, pairing them with two fresh, seasonal sauces. The chef will share tips and tricks so you can easily recreate these dishes back home.
While your pasta dough rests, you’ll join the chef for a gelato-making demonstration. Discover the story behind one of Italy’s most beloved desserts, learn about traditional ingredients and techniques, and get insider advice on how to find the best gelaterie while exploring Italy.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by unlimited wine (with soft drinks available for children), celebrating your achievement together with your fellow classmates. You’ll also receive a “graduation” certificate and a digital recipe booklet, so you can share your new skills with friends and family.
Please note that guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Classes begin punctually at the advertised time. Late arrivals or delays will not be admitted and do not entitle you to any refund, even partial, so please take this into consideration when planning your travel schedule.
