Begin your morning in Rome and breathe in the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed Italian coffee. A professional local Chef guides you as you explore two of Italy’s most beloved rituals. First, you prepare moka coffee and a classic cappuccino. Then, you create the queen of desserts: Tiramisù.
Type: Shared/hands-on cooking class.
Schedule: Every day at 09:00 A.M.
Meeting point: The exact meeting point and directions are provided at the time of booking.
Duration: 90 minutes.
First, feel the energy of the bubbling moka pot and learn to prepare authentic Italian coffee just like in a Roman home. Your Chef shows you the ideal coffee-to-water ratio, the right timing, and the proper technique. Then you learn how to froth milk into a creamy, velvety foam for a classic cappuccino. This simple daily ritual captures the true spirit of Italian mornings: relaxed, sociable, and full of flavor.
Next, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and make Tiramisù, Italy’s most iconic dessert. Step by step, you whisk a silky mascarpone cream, dip ladyfingers into aromatic moka coffee, and layer everything to achieve the perfect balance of texture and sweetness. A final dusting of cocoa completes your creation. Along the way, you pick up tips, techniques, and little secrets from your Chef so you can recreate this dessert confidently at home.
To make the experience even sweeter, you also prepare a small classic Italian pastry — an extra bite of dolcezza that completes your Roman breakfast table.
Finally, as your Tiramisù sets, you sit down to enjoy your handmade cappuccino, dessert, and mini pastry together with your classmates. The atmosphere is convivial and relaxed, turning the class into a moment of connection, laughter, and true Roman hospitality. In the end, you receive a Graduation Certificate and a digital recipe booklet, so you can bring the aromas, flavors, and techniques of Italian coffee and pastry culture back home with you and recreate this sweet Roman morning whenever you like.
